Ordering
Are items held in stock?
Some may be, but many products are made to order. The product page will show the current estimate.
Can I change my order?
Contact us immediately. Changes are only possible before production or fulfilment begins.
Will colours match my screen?
Not exactly. Displays vary and material batches can differ slightly.
Are layer lines normal?
Yes. Fine lines, a seam and small surface variations are normal with FDM printing.
Can you print any file?
No. It must be printable, safe, lawful and yours to use. We review custom files before accepting work.
What if my item is faulty?
Contact us with the order number and clear photographs so we can put it right.
