Production before dispatch
Many items are made to order. The production estimate shown on the product page is separate from the carrier’s delivery estimate.
Delivery costs and options
Available services, destinations and the total delivery charge will be shown at checkout before payment. These settings must be confirmed before the store leaves coming-soon mode.
Delays and loss
If tracking has not moved or the delivery window has passed, contact us with the order number. Do not post your full address publicly.
