Before production

We may be able to change text, colour, quantity or delivery details if work has not begun. Contact us immediately; a change is not confirmed until we reply.

After production starts

Personalised or custom work may no longer be changeable or cancellable once materials and production have been committed. Standard goods retain applicable statutory cancellation rights.
