Change of mind
Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised are normally excluded from the 14-day change-of-mind right. Check every supplied detail before ordering.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect
Personalisation does not remove your legal rights. Contact us if the item is faulty, damaged in transit, materially different from the description or made differently from the details accepted with the order.
