Production estimate
Each product will show a working-day estimate based on its normal queue and complexity. Personalised proofs, custom design work and batches may take longer.
Dispatch confirmation
An email is sent when the order is dispatched. Carrier time begins after that point, not when the order was placed.
Deadlines
Contact us before ordering if an item is needed for a fixed date. A requested date is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
