Destinations and charges
Final delivery destinations, services, prices and free-delivery thresholds must be inserted after WooCommerce shipping zones are configured. The checkout total is authoritative before payment.
Estimates
Product pages show production estimates where items are made to order. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
Address and failed delivery
Customers must provide an accurate, complete address. The final policy must state how carrier returns, redelivery charges and damaged or missing parcels are handled.
