Customer-supplied details
The customer is responsible for spelling, dates, measurements and lawful content submitted with the order. Axiom NE remains responsible for manufacturing the accepted specification with reasonable care.
Proofs and approval
Where a proof is provided, production begins after approval. Colours and texture on screen are approximate. Requested changes after approval may require a new quote.
Cancellation and faults
Production may begin soon after acceptance. The statutory change-of-mind exception normally applies to clearly personalised goods, but it never removes rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed items.
