Eligible change-of-mind returns
For eligible goods bought online, notify Axiom NE within 14 days after receipt. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. Unless agreed otherwise, return costs are the customer’s responsibility and must be stated before purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are made within the applicable legal timeframe. Standard outbound delivery is refunded where required; any additional cost for enhanced delivery is not. A deduction may be made for handling beyond what would be reasonable in a shop where the law permits.
Personalised goods
Goods made to specification or clearly personalised are normally excluded from the change-of-mind cancellation right. Faulty, damaged, misdescribed or unsuitable-for-stated-purpose goods remain protected.
Return address
Add the approved returns postal address before launch. Customers should contact info@axiom-ne.co.uk and receive instructions before returning goods.
