How an order becomes a contract
Terms of Sale
The commercial terms for goods ordered directly from Axiom NE.
Before ordering
Product description, total price, delivery options and available payment methods will be displayed before payment. Check personalisation and delivery details carefully. The checkout must make the obligation to pay clear.
Order acceptance
An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. A contract is formed when Axiom NE expressly accepts the order or dispatches the goods, subject to the final wording approved before launch. If an order cannot be accepted, payment will be cancelled or refunded.
Production and delivery
Made-to-order production time is separate from carrier delivery time. Goods will be supplied within any agreed deadline and otherwise within the period required by law.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights relating to goods that are faulty, misdescribed or not fit for their stated purpose. Eligible distance purchases have cancellation rights described in the Returns and Refund Policy; an exception normally applies to clearly personalised or custom-made goods.
