Can I see a proof?

A proof is provided only where the listing says so or where we need approval. Colours on screen remain approximate.

Can I change the text later?

Only before production begins. Contact us immediately; changes cannot be guaranteed.

Can personalised items be returned?

Change-of-mind cancellation normally does not apply to clearly personalised or custom-made goods. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain protected by your statutory rights.
